- Direct collection: A vetted driver collects in a dedicated vehicle, usually within 60 minutes in major towns and cities, dispatched from our Birmingham control room.
- Tracked, non-stop transit: The consignment travels point to point with live GPS tracking. Nothing is transferred between vehicles.
- Signed proof of delivery: We capture a name, signature, timestamp and photo on handover and email it to you.

In most major towns and cities the nearest available driver collects within 60 minutes of booking, with dispatch coordinated from our Birmingham control room. For remote areas, Ireland and Europe we confirm a collection time when you book.
Do you run overnight and weekend jobs?
Yes. Our control room operates 24/7, so we can collect late in the evening for delivery first thing the next morning, including weekends and bank holidays.
Can you deliver to Europe the same day?
For many EU destinations we can drive direct, often delivering the same or the next day. We handle the customs paperwork and confirm timings at booking.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes. Public sector and business customers can open an account with invoicing on agreed terms, and quote a purchase order number on every booking.
