How it works
- Send the collection list: Share names, addresses and the expected asset list or serial numbers. We can contact staff to arrange slots.
- Booked collections: Drivers collect at agreed times and scan or record each asset, with a photo and signature from the member of staff.
- Consolidated return: Assets travel direct to your central site, IT store or disposal partner. Nothing passes through third-party depots.
- Audit report: You receive an itemised report with collected, outstanding and exception items for your asset register.

Yes. We collect from home addresses nationwide, arrange collection slots directly with staff if you wish, and return everything to one site.
What does the audit trail include?
Each record shows the asset description, serial number where available, collection time, photo, signature, and the delivery confirmation at your site.
Do you package the equipment?
We can bring padded packaging and sealed bags so staff do not need to box items themselves.
Can you deliver replacement equipment on the same visit?
Yes. We can deliver a new device and collect the old one in a single visit, recorded on the same audit trail.
