How our same day courier service works
Enter your collection and delivery postcodes, choose a vehicle and pick a collection time. If you choose Ready Now, we dispatch a driver within 60 minutes from the nearest available location, and in major towns and cities drivers typically arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. The driver collects your goods and drives them directly to the delivery address, so your consignment is not sorted through a depot or swapped between vehicles along the way.
As soon as you book you receive a tracking number beginning with CF. You can use it on our Track page to see where your delivery is, and once it arrives you get proof of delivery with the recipient's signature. Business customers can see every job and proof of delivery together in their account.
Choose the right level of service
Not every urgent job needs the same thing, so we offer three same day options. Pick the one that matches how critical the delivery is, and you will see the price for each before you confirm.
- Same Day: collected and delivered today, anywhere on the UK mainland. From £56.40.
- Timed: a specific AM or PM delivery window when the recipient needs to plan around arrival. From £67.68.
- Dedicated Van: a private van that goes door to door with no other collections on board, our fastest and most secure option. From £84.60.
A van for every size of load
From a single envelope to a full van load, we match the vehicle to your goods. A Small Van handles parcels and small furniture of up to 2 to 3 cubic metres, and a Medium Van suits appliances and trade goods of 5 to 6 cubic metres. Short and long wheelbase vans take larger loads, pallets and bulk deliveries, while a Luton or a Luton with tail lift is ideal for office moves and heavy items. If you are not sure which van you need, call us and we will help you choose.
Who uses our same day courier service
Manufacturers use us when a production line is waiting for a part. Law firms send contracts and court bundles that must be signed today. Garages and dealers move urgent automotive parts, IT teams send replacement hardware to field engineers, and healthcare providers rely on our medical courier service for samples and equipment. We also help individuals who need something delivered across the country the same day.
Insurance and peace of mind
Every same day delivery includes £50 of goods in transit cover as standard. If your goods are worth more, you can choose enhanced cover of up to £2,500 per consignment when you book, and we can arrange bespoke insurance for higher-value items. Our team is available around the clock by phone, WhatsApp and email if you need to change a booking or check on a delivery.
Regular same day work for businesses
If you send urgent deliveries often, you can apply for a business account with 30-day payment terms, subject to a credit check. Account holders get one monthly invoice for all their jobs, priority dispatch and the option to set up scheduled collections daily, weekly or on a custom pattern.
