Can you meet a fixed delivery window before an exam starts?
Yes. We agree a delivery window for each session and plan collection times so that papers arrive with a safety margin.
What does the chain of custody record include?
Seal numbers, the names and signatures of everyone handling the papers, timestamps, GPS route data and photos at collection and delivery.
Are your drivers DBS checked?
Yes. All drivers on exam work are DBS checked and carry photo ID, which your staff can verify on arrival.
Can you collect completed scripts after the exam?
Yes. We collect completed scripts and deliver them to the awarding body, marker or central site under the same sealed and signed process.
